"Very beautiful location and the morning breakfast was good and within reasonable serving time 7-10am. Only downside was that if your room is on the first or second floor, you will hear your upstairs neighbor footsteps. But would definitely stay here again."

"We got an early check in as it’s normally not until 5. A cute boutique hotel close to all amenities. On site has a restaurant and a place to have breakfast as well. Food is great! There is also a liquor store where you can make purchases and get free ice by showing your key fob. You will receive a welcome cocktail or mocktail, 10% off food purchases during your stay and 2 free beverages ( we used ours for coffee so not sure if alcohol applies) make note there are no elevators and the rooms...

"Exceed our expectations! Beautiful partial ocean view from our room. Fresh baked cookies daily at lobby. Hottub was an added bonus after a hard days fishing in the ocean. Restaurant was delicious!"

"The recent upgrades are fantastic! The bed was comfortable, amenities great, and staff are very helpful. The only concern is you can hear every footstep on the second floor. If you are a light sleeper, this may not be your place. I was tired from my day of surfing so it didn’t bother me at all! I highly recommend Wildwood as it is close to the grocery store, restaurants, and shops. Price is reasonable for Ucluelet."

"Everything was great. Clean, friendly staff, easy access to room. If I was going to give anyone a warning it's that the hotel restaurant isn't the greatest. Dinner 2 nights both orders were almost inedible. Food in gold river is definitely low bar, even the deli across the street was gross. Bring your own food and gold river is a great spot to travel to. Make a point of going to Peppercorn Park and Star Lake"
