"No A/C even though explicitly stated. And then because of the no A/C, was required to leave the windows open so was frequently woken up by tourists on the streets, loud cars/motorcycles and the church bells at 7:30am. "

"It was very close to the City Center and also to a bus stop. We had no car so this came in handy. They were awesome about calling us taxi’s and giving directions and recommendations for places to eat and recommending a cooking class. Breakfast was nice. The only thing they did not have were wash cloths. We use them in the States. I didn’t ask nor did I see any in a cart so I thought possibly just the culture in Italy. We did have them at our hotel in Rome. I should have ask so that is on me! The staff was incredible! If I were to travel to Siena again, I would definitely book this hotel."

"Hotel located in a gorgeous mountain settings, the views absolutely stunning, the food was ok, fresh and decent choices on the menu. Room was very clean, but moldy smell was still in the room. The service was excellent. Spa i was not impressed at all. Chlorine smell inside the facility, average massage treatment, would not recommend it. Outdoor pool has breath taking views, in the summer time it will be the best place to spend your mornings or evenings to watch Sunrise and Sunsets. Overall I do recommend to visit this place for at least a few days."
