È la seconda volta che alloggiamo in questa struttura e come al solito non ci ha smentito Ci siamo trovati benissimo sia per l’accoglienza del personale sia perché in questa struttura non manca nulla è pulita, accogliente, calda e funzionale inoltre, è immersa in un borgo bellissimo circondata dalle colline toscane Torneremo sicuramente

Si tratta di un vecchio granaio ristrutturato veramente splendidamente. Le camere spaziose e confortevoli con vista panoramica. A 5 min da Rapolano terme. La sig.ra Yudi e i suoi figli gentilissimi e accoglienti e disponibili. Perfette le indicazioni per arrivarci xke si trova all'ingresso del centro storico di Serre.

Struttura molto bella, molto ben tenuta e con personale sempre attento e disponibile. Dovendo proprio trovare un punto di miglioramento, non è facilissimo da individuare e non è chiaro che non si può arrivare con l'auto nelle vicinanze per poter scaricare i bagagli.

ottimo soggiorno

location molto caratteristica curata nei dettagli. Quello che ha fatto veramente la differenza è stata la gentilezza del personale che ci ha coccolato per tutto il soggiorno. Forse l'unica nota meno eccellente è nei riguardi della colazione che se pur di qualità non offriva una scelta sufficiente.

Hotels.com is not to be trusted

I made a booking on hotels.com and got a message that it was confirmed. When we called for directions the owner said there were no rooms and hotels. Com made a mistake. After a 45 min phn call with hotels, they hung up on me when they tried to book me a hotel at the same price 45 mins away. They claimed to not be able to see the more expensive hotels that were 5 minutes away on their own app. I asked for a refund from hotels which has taken 3 days and multiple chats. Hotels claims to have called the owner who said no to a refund. This is a lie. I contacted the owner by email to ask why no refund and showed him the email from hotels. He said they never contacted him and he filed a complaint with them and Expedia to try and get the refund.

Struttura d'epoca molto bella in un piccolo borgo. La Camera a noi assegnata è stata l'arancio. È molto spaziosa con un bel bagno, ma ha un problema grosso che riguarda l'insonorizzazione; si sente tutto quello che viene detto e fatto dalla camera vicina. Non è molto bello questo. Cmq colazione buona e soprattutto la simpatia e gentilezza della sig.ra Yudi. Il parcheggio libero è a 150 m.

Inaspettato gioiellino

Curatissimo B&B in un borgo medievale intatto. Comodo per approfittare delle vicine Terme di Rapolano. Il servizio è ottimo, la colazione abbondante (con un cappuccino particolarmente goloso), le camere rinnovate e pulite, con un tocco originale e colorato in ognuna di esse.

Il buongiorno si vede dal mattino

Struttura calda ed accogliente, silenziosa e pulita. Ideale per un po di riposo a poca distanza da due splendidi impianti termali. Siamo stati raggiunti telefonicamente dai proprietari mentre eravamo ancora in viaggio. Ci hanno dato suggerimenti preziosi riguardo al parcheggio ed ai ristoranti della zona. Ma il vero buongiorno, come titolato, lo abbiamo avuto al mattino, svegliati dal profumo di dolci strepitosi espressamente preparati per gli ospiti. Cinque stelle ampiamente meritate

La struttura è molto accogliente e ben curata,le stanze sono spaziose e la pulizia è di buon livello,ottima la colazione.le note meno positive sono la scarsa dotazione per il bagno 1 bustina di shampoo(super concentrato)al giorno,il problema più grande è la pessima insonorizzazione delle camere abbiamo trovato un vicino parecchio rumoroso(russatore cronico) abbiamo fatto molta fatica per dormire.nonostante la seconda sera abbiamo cambiato stanza come da prenotazione(avevamo una stanza non contigua) si sentiva ugualmente il russatore folle.
