"No wi-fi for over a day! They did offer us an additional night free. Room had sat for awhile, not cleaned regularly. There was a gritty substance on the bathroom vanity top, which washed off with a wet wipe. The floor was tiled and sand was found in the grout lines. Otherwise room was clean, bed linens appeared to be clean, sink, shower and toilet were clean. We did have to manually empty the dehumidifier as it was not set up to drain automatically. "Disappointed after staying there. Filthy floor and bathroom. We trusted the reviews before booking our room but how disappointed. Bad odor, folks standing outside smoking all directions. Expedia stated they have hot tub available but they don’t. It’s like staying at a motel super cheap and doesn’t worth the price. Will not return again. The beds were firm and comfortable to sleep on. "It's an inexpensive motel that you get what you pay for. All i needed was a place to sleep, and this fit the bill. The shower water pressure wasn't very good, their towels didn't look clean, and when i told the owner the toilet clogged, he simply handed me a plunger. Average stay for an Average place. "

The room cleanliness was outstanding. The rooms are sound proof even having small children next to us couldn't hear anything. Great breakfast. A little of everything.
