"I only stayed here one night, because I needed to fly out the next day. I got in very late and could not get an Uber for over 20minutes and there were not many people around to even ask for help. I called Marriott customer service who explained that I should take the shuttle to Terminal 3. You will see signs for CitizenM in the airport and other airport hotels, which was extremely helpful! The walk was about 9 minutes. When I arrived the lobby was packed and loud because of a World Cup game but...

"The front desk receptionist ‘loved’ her job so much she forgot to smile and offer basic customer service. I never do this but I am gonna make an exception and spell out her - Margary. The least I could do to ‘congratulate’ what customer service looks like in this hotel. I stayed at Holiday Inn in Lima and the customer service at the front was polar opposite than what Margary had to offer. "Wow Bruno the host, what a guy! I have to speak of him first. I had only an over night stay but i was meeting a place that didn’t land until 6pm the next day so Bruno allowed me to use the garden an the pool, provided me with a towel an a bathroom to use an even hand delivered me fresh coffee. "Beautiful destination town not far from CDG airport/Paris. This hotel boasts an excellent restaurant, large variety of rooms, and an incredibly kind and helpful staff that went above and beyond! The receptionists were bilingual and even offered to help solve some other travel issues we had that had nothing to do with the hotel. Can't wait to return! Suggest two nights."

"Stayed here to be close to the airport for a flight the next day. Room was clean and a good size. Staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast was busy so some of the food options were gone by about 8:30 am. I don’t know if they refilled the items or not. Quality of breakfast was ok but nothing exceptional. Used the hotel shuttle to get to the airport with no concerns or issues. Overall, this hotel was fine for a one-night stay."

"I don't like writing bad reviews, but in this case I can't keep quiet. This is the most disgusting hotel I've ever been to. The only good thing about it is the walking distance to the airport. I knew it was a budget option, but a hotel that costs $135 shouldn't be so terrible. It's more like a roadside motel from a horror movie. Uncomfortable beds, bad pillows(very bad) - it is impossible to sleep. Poor cleaning, insects in the room, the smell of urine, wet linens or beds. I don't recommend...
