"There’s good and not quite as good aspects..Lovely sized room and bathroom with fantastic outlook, but smelt a bit damp almost like wet carpet that hadn’t dried properly. Very spacious bathroom with bath and shower, but a sensor turns on the lights so in the middle of the night if you visit the bathroom the whole bathroom lights up like a summers day. Bed really comfy and unusually firm pillows, perfect for me. And Alexa in the bedroom is a nice touch. Really peaceful (until the geese start 😁)...

Two double bedrooms, very spacious and nice and quiet. Be aware that the rooms are in an apartment style building (bit like Butlins) across the car park. "New construction wall to wall carpet in halls and rooms. Business hotel on edge of Nuneaton and next to Bermuda industrial estate. Good service and breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. One elevator for the 4 story building. No air conditioning so we were given a portable fan which was adequate for early May weather. Window only opens 4 inches for fresh air! Comfortable beds and mainly quiet except for distant tire noise from highway a few hundred yards away ."

"Bed and bedding comfy with 2 choices of pillows. Good hot water and pressure. Only draw back was the reverse cycle was not controllable due to not having a down button. Temp stays on 25 or you could put it up not down. Had a standing fan fan which we had on all night and heating off. Too cold for windows open. "

"It was my 1st ever time staying at a Britannia hotel and I felt I didn't get value for money from what I'd paid to stay overnight because breakfast buffet wasn't included, which was disappointing. However, I felt I got a decent price for a very spacious double room with a nice view of Coventry city centre and I'd definitely consider staying at a Britannia hotel again if breakfast was included in the price instead of being quoted £24 to have breakfast added to the cost of staying overnight"

"Despite a request for a disability friendly room we found ourselves at the very top of the guest house and having to carry heavy luggage with a disability was totally unacceptable. In addition to this we were met with a pungent smell of cigarettes and cannabis and the smell unfortunately was rife in our room and we were unable to remove the smell despite having windows open all night and using our cleaning products as air freshners .
