"Late check in after a late flight with sleeping child, checked into dirty room. Instead of moving immediately to new room, the desk went to confirm the room was not cleaned before moving us. "

"The room was very well equipped very comfortable for a multi day stay. The shower is very large and hot water was on demand almost immediately. The breakfast bar was well equipped every day and the menu rotated every day as well so you didn’t feel like you were having the same food over and over again. Overall, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in in the past five years at least."

"There was a really big roach behind my bed & i realized after i had already slept a night there then its poorly cleaned everything is dusty , shower head is nasty & dirty, no back part to the remote, holes in the covers & i stayed in a non smoking room, holes in the room & the mirror was cracked "

"The place was very clean, the decor felt modern, and the bed was very comfortable. Although breakfast was not included, the simple kitchen was very convenient for our road trip because we could cook some basic hot meals. The only issue was that the electric stove took quite a long time to boil water, so I hope that can be improved. "The tv did not work in my room and there was no coffee bar in the room…..did have a microwave and refrigerator. Free breakfast was the bare basics and limited. The hairdryer in my room was broken. I requested a king bed and got two queens. The front desk lady was very nice as well as the housekeeper. Convenient location for one night."
