"Staff was helpful. Bathroom was sufficient but awkwardly arranged and poorly finished. A/C had a dripping sound. Otherwise, the room was basic but comfortable."

They even offered us a complimentary bottle of wine since we were celebrating our 10 year anniversary! I'm shocked to see any negative reviews about this place. I can't recommend it enough and will be returning if we visit San Francisco again."

"Great location but very basic hotel. Big queues for check in because you need to room card to even use the hotel bathroom so if you haven’t checked in yet or have checked out it’s a hassle. Definitely not a smooth check in compared to other hotels but does the job for a central hotel near fisherman’s wharf."
