How do I begin? I arrive for my birthday weekend trying to get to somewhere to sleep going to the Angels home opener and immediately the staff was convinced that I arrived in two cars and four people were staying in one room. I told them that was not the case they did not take that for the answer they continued to tell me that I was going to pay for two parking spots and that four people could not stay there I assured them that my friends parked their car at the stadium and we were in one car and going to the game just at the room for a couple hours to burn some time. They insisted this was not the case and demanded that me and my wife both show ID. but wait it gets better upon entering the room. There was still food in the sink that was never cleaned. The TV did not work with no cable. The bathroom was unkept with hair all over the sink and toilet and stains were on the walls where possibly something various happened. Given the location, I don’t doubt it. So I called the front desk to please fix the TV at least he came in. stinking leaving the door open, letting more flies that we already existing in the room in and again brought up that I was with two vehicles and multiple people staying in the room. The ceiling in the room had a large crack in it, and the people upstairs were running around all night, causing it to fall in a little bit on the bed so if you’re looking for a really bad time book here and tell the staff that you’re in one car so you can see.
