"This property is in the perfect location. It’s right next to the Pavilions which is a nice outdoor mall, and it’s right next to 16th promenade which has a bunch of food and shops; Target is a 4 minute walk. The staff is super friendly and quick. I also liked how safe it felt. You need a key card to access the hotel past 10pm and to access the elevators at any time. "

"So I checked into the room and the front door was locked and then they front desk associate locked me in there with herself and when I told her what my pronouns were she laughed at me and did not correct herself they did not tell me that there was no Wi-Fi working they did not tell me that the door to my room would not lock completely and there was not a safety lock on the door there was dirty on floors there was burnt tables and there was so many things wrong and I felt so disrespected"

"The staff are very nice and helpful. The suite had a very loud refrigerator and either needed replaced or a new fan. The room had a scent machine that was awful. The scent was overpowering, stunk and when I asked the front desk if they could turn it off, they said they couldn’t. The scent is so strong and not pleasant it affected my breathing. I had to open windows. The area is not secure and I do not recommend for a single woman. Several men loitered around the back door and leaving it propped open. I was very uncomfortable taking my dogs out at night. Not family friendly at all."

"1st floor had a crime scene pop up randomly one morning and place was swarming with cops and one blocked in my truck for a sec. But the staff ruled and the breakfast was good 😋"
