"The check in experience was truly amazing. They held our bags with numbered tags and texted when our room was available. The continental breakfast was better than most. The only weird thing is that there wasn't an ice bucket in our room and aren't ice machines on every floor. An amazing location. Walkable to dining and shopping and a super quick drive to Red Rocks and Golden."

This hotel had no blankets for the beds, no towels for the bathroom, had dirty sheets on the bed, no tv remote, no lamp shades on any of the three lamps, smells funky and the staff was only semi-apologetic. The front desk guy was okay but unreachable when the people next door cranked their music and partied until 5 am. We got no rest and left feeling dirtier than after a 10 hour road trip. "Got there after driving 22 hours for the front desk person to tell me that they cancelled my reservation, without even contacting me. They told me that they notified Expedia, but I had and have not heard from either about a cancellation. Unprofessional."

"The room was clean, the staff was great, the breakfast was good, the parking was great. The room we got was big and accommodated my big family. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a place to spend it in Denver. The beds were comfortable, it had two restrooms. There was only one tub with the shower included but it was still very convenient to have two restrooms. We really enjoyed our stay."

So I noticed everyone leaving their towels outside of rooms so we did. Then when I asked for towels again they wanted me to bring the dirty towels to the front desk. "The room was nice and clean"

"This is an average hotel with aging rooms and bathrooms. One of the problem Was how noisy the shower and water from neighboring rooms. Also, our room was not cleaned the next day and it was really hard because they only had two towels for two people, we were very tired to wait outside to have it cleaned so had to go with existing. The amenities seem to be getting less and less. No shower cap or necessary stuff for women. In general what I liked was free on site parking and reception staff."

"We needed a handicap room in which I requested when I booked the hotel. We were assigned a non-handicap room. I asked staff if they can switch us because for one the tub/shower had no handrails. They advised me that being that we booked through a 3rd party we are not guaranteed the type of room I requested. We were stuck in this room for a couple of days with no effort to accommodate us. "An absolutely charming property with an artsy vibe, steps away from the Denver Art Museum complex and across the street from a converted school featuring a cafe, beer garden and small shops. The room was comfy, clean and fun. The absolute abundance of dishes for such a small space was comical, but the microwave/fridge set up was nice to have. Pretty good pod coffee too. "If you Join their BonVoy group membership they waive the parking fee. Also the breakfast is amazing and they have balcony suites for Business and fun! Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay near downtown and awesome food spots"
