"The check in experience was truly amazing. They held our bags with numbered tags and texted when our room was available. The continental breakfast was better than most. The only weird thing is that there wasn't an ice bucket in our room and aren't ice machines on every floor. An amazing location. Walkable to dining and shopping and a super quick drive to Red Rocks and Golden."

The front desk guy was okay but unreachable when the people next door cranked their music and partied until 5 am. We got no rest and left feeling dirtier than after a 10 hour road trip. "The staff are very personable and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. We love how the room Is organized. There is a sitting area, a desk with a chair on wheels, a big TV, black out curtains, lamps and tables on BOTH sides of the beds. The coffee pot and mini frig are located in a cabinet with doors that close. There is place to lay the suitcase for convenient access. There is a thermostat on the wall to control the temperature. "Got there after driving 22 hours for the front desk person to tell me that they cancelled my reservation, without even contacting me. They told me that they notified Expedia, but I had and have not heard from either about a cancellation. Unprofessional."

"We needed a handicap room in which I requested when I booked the hotel. We were assigned a non-handicap room. I asked staff if they can switch us because for one the tub/shower had no handrails. They advised me that being that we booked through a 3rd party we are not guaranteed the type of room I requested. We were stuck in this room for a couple of days with no effort to accommodate us.
