"There was a few problems. The water pressure goes down to almost a dribble while taking a shower. They said that was normal. They had us put a 100 dollar refundable payment down for things we might beeak. They said it can take a week yo get that credit back. We got to our room and toke pictes of a wardrobe stand that had a corner broke out of it. We let them know of the problem right away and the young man said he will put a note in our paperwork. "I had high hopes for this stay, but unfortunately it did not meet expectations. The front desk staff was very nice and quick, which I appreciated, but the room itself was not clean. The towels were stained and had visible dirt/marks on them that made me uncomfortable using them. The bed sheets and bed cover had hair, stains, and some holes. The room was very dusty, and there was old food residue under the desk. Overall, the cleanliness was very disappointing and made the stay uncomfortable. I...

"I am waiting for a refund. I was there for minutes before I left and booked another room somewhere else. The room was very stinky, there was random something dripping on the wall, the door was filthy, the mattress cover was stained, the lamp was stained and there was a big bug just chilling on the wall. The staff was nice but I could not stay there! It was gross!"

"We had a dinner and two breakfasts at the hotel restaurant and all three meals were excellent! Our room was comfortable and clean, guest staff was accommodating and kind, and parking was easy and safe."

"The property is under remodel which we knew about before arriving. Breakfast was limited and coffee not great but… hotel coffee. Convenient location for visiting the estate. Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly. "

"The room was set up well for handicap accessible bathrooms but the door to the room was hard to open. The backcheck adjustment on the closer needs to be turned down a lot. The food we ordered on site was good but they were out of French fries. With a small amount of options, this shouldn't happen. "
