Rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel was clean, breakfast was a good value and well done. Only downside is area seems to be going through a lot of renovations and many surrounding businesses are getting demolished but the hotel was great with plenty of parking.

The hotel was very nice and have easy laundry facilities. The room was large, great kitchenette, my husband ate the breakfast and the coffee was fine. The area around the hotel is still damaged from the floods but felt good helping the economy and ate in Asheville. Went to a fantastic pub called Packs. It was excellent!!!

The room could not have been more perfect. We loved everything about it. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. It would have been nice if it were available until at lesst 9:30 or 10:00. However, we would definitley choose to stay again when in Ashville.

Parking lot didnt feel safe to me. Parked car and then heard music playing in the bushes which was rather unnerving. Spilled a little water on bathroom floor, wiped it up and the towel was filthy from the floor(we had just arrived to room). Arrived on our floor to find bags of trash sitting on top of trash cans and boxes in floor. Very dirty and unappealing appearance. Staff was however very nice and friendly.

We stayed at Home2 Suites by Hilton Asheville Biltmore Village while visiting the Biltmore Estate, and it was the perfect home base for our trip. The hotel was spotless, modern, and had such a welcoming feel the moment we walked in. The staff was friendly, attentive and everyone we met made us feel genuinely cared for. Our suite was bright, clean, and super comfortable. I loved having a full kitchenette and plenty of space to relax after exploring Asheville all day. Breakfast was fresh and had a great variety, and we really enjoyed sipping coffee by the cozy fireplace in the lounge each morning. The location couldn’t be better. It is just minutes from the Biltmore Estate and close to great restaurants and shops. Everything about this stay felt easy, relaxing, and thoughtfully done. We travel often, and this Hilton experience stood out for its warmth and consistency. I’d happily stay here again and would love to partner with Hilton or Expedia to share more stays like this, places that make travel feel personal, comfortable, and memorable.
