"Internet was great. The hotel was walkable to both shopping and the Bell Centre. Also a short Uber or medium walk to lots of sights and activities. Having a kitchenette was a great plus as well. We will stay here again. "

"A solid 3 star, imo. Service was very good. Room was clean enough and good enough, but appears the refurbishment was a few years ago. Of the 2 rooms, one bathroom door didn't close for example. Breakfast was unexpectedly quite good. It was very close to the subway making it a great location to stay while visiting downtown for a game or concert...which was our need. In the end, for the price, i would go back."

"Older building - heat was not working properly to control from individual rooms — so when it was 10 degrees outside, we were sleeping with the window open about 3 inches to get cooler air in to make sleeping possible. Friendly staff, good breakfast. "

"En somme, l’endroit était bien. Certaines partie de l’hôtel sont rénovées et d’autres sont plus vieillot. Notre chambre était très belle, mais l’évier coulait et le bouchon du bain n’était pas étanche. Nous avons aussi eu besoin des services de buanderie, mais la laveuse était hors d’usage et nous ne disposions que de la sécheuse. Le stationnement se trouve en face de l’hôtel de l’autre côté de la rue, ce qui est un peu moins commode si vous devez retourner à votre voiture pour aller chercher quelque chose. Par contre, le déjeuner continental était excellent diversifié. Le personnel de l’hôtel était très gentil et agréable. Malgré tout, nous avons quand même apprécié notre séjour."

"Most aspects of this hotel exceeded my expectations: the location is perfect, the premises are pristine, and the rooms, lobby, and indoor parking are truly high-quality. ​However, the fitness room needs a serious upgrade. While the elliptical and the two spinning bikes are good quality, the rest is disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. The treadmills, benches, and seated cycles feel like entry-level equipment. There are no cable machines, the weights stop at 30 lbs, and the weight rack is literally homemade from painted 2x6s. The "cozy" lighting also isn't ideal for a workout environment. ​It’s a superb hotel, but the gym definitely needs more "love" to match the rest of the experience."
