"My husband and I traveled here with our 1 and 3 year old. This is the most family friendly resort you can imagine. From check in the kids were already playing on the play cars sprinkled through the resort, throughout the stay they enjoyed the kid friendly meals, kids club activities, and all the play areas (including small farm) on site. "We stayed at this hotel, at 11pm the power went out. We went to ask a staff and there was no one at the front desk. We had to sleep without AC or lights. We had to check out early at 7am and there was no staff at that time either. Hotel is beautiful but power issues are not a good experience for the price you pay."

"Beautiful location with mountains views. Located with easy distance for numerous Dolomite’s Superski areas. The staff was marvelous, caring, generous and the breakfast exceptional! We dined in the restaurant 4 evenings food /drinks were superb! The apartment was clean with a beautiful bathroom, comfortable beds and nice kitchenette-had everything we needed. We will be rebooking this again next year!"

"My girlfriend and I stayed in the hotel for a week in January 2026 and thoroughly enjoyed it! The hotel has great amenities (indoor and outdoor pools, spa, sauna, restaurant, bar, indoor/outdoor parking, ski room) and fantastic staff! The hotel is conveniently located in Val Gardena with easy access by car, shuttle and bus to local ski slopes! The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The hotel staff is superb!
