"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coco Unlimited. Our room was less than 100 steps to the shore and we could hear the ocean waves from our room which was so lovely. It was also close enough to the "strip" where there were many restaurants and clubs, but it was far enough away that it was quiet at night time. "Hotel is new and perfect. Far from the city,like oasis in the middle of desert. I pretty much liked that vibe to be far. Gladly we rented a car. We only signed for breakfast pack which was amazing. Coffee was really bad but that's in almost all Mexico. Everything else was very thoughtful. Didn't like the rule of not permitted walking barefoot in the dining area which is kinda stupid, because beach is 2 metres away and everyone there is barefoot. And also why would I not want to walk barefoot on...

"Staff are terrible they don’t apologise or try to fix things when they go wrong. I had no water for the last night or my stay and no compensation was given or even offered. An animal broke into my room at night and stole my food no sanitisation was offered. Staff are rude and not very welcoming aside from these very few who we were- they were the outliers and not the standard. Horrible experience but beautiful place. Save your money and book a reputable hotel. "
