"Unpleasant surprise that parking costs $35 per night. I was told street parking is the other option, if I could find a spot. Beware there is no guest parking at this hotel."

"We arrived back from our cruise early and needed to check in early. I was taken back when I was told I had to wait. The front desk lady was very rude and she made us wait for about 2 hours to check in. When she told us we could check in she charged me an additional 30 dollars to check in early and placed an additional 50.00 hold on my card for fees. Keep in mind my room had already been booked and paid for months prior to us checking in. But what was so shocking to me is a Caucasian gentleman told me he was not charged for the early check in fees. I really felt some kind of way about that. I will never stay here again. Front desk was rude and disrespectful. Use your own judgment when booking because no one needs to be treated in an unprofessional manner."

"No hot water for showers in the morning"

"The room and property had not been upgraded since the 1970's. No couch or lounge chair. Only 3 small lamps in the main room - felt like a dungeon. Had to go into the bath room to read a book. No USB ports - period. Could not charge anything. No wall coverings. Made the room feel very sterile. No clock. Window had not been cleaned for long time. Bar was a joke. Breakfast was good."
