"Perfect choice for all ages and group sizes. It's everything you need for a Universal vacation. Amenities were excellent, we neer had to wait for a shuttle to the Parks, we had early park admission with our stay, staff were friendly and welcoming, Starbucks staff were great and wait for food/drinks was minimal. Check in was easy and very welcoming even at 1 a.m.! Only down side is that breakfast is not included. We will be back for sure! "

"Para lo que es la propiedad pienso que tienen muy caro sus precios, fui con mi familia, éramos 18 personas y todas opinamos igual, las habitaciones sucias, muy viejas, olían mal, algunas no tenían body wash, algunas la ducha no calentaba, otras como la mía calentaba demasiado que me incomodaba, los productos de su tienda más caros que en el mismo aeropuerto, subía las escaleras porque sentía que el elevador podría colapsar en cualquier momento, el suelo sucio, no sé qué podría comentar positivo …."

"The room was clean and the bed great. Breakfast is minimal, just bagels and cereal and the swimming pool is small, but if you are just staying overnight or don’t care about swimming this is a great hotel. Very clean, great location, and a great price!"

"The carpet in my room was soaking wet around the AC, I called the front desk and they told me maintenance was not working until next day If I wanted to change rooms I needed to pack everything up at 9 o’clock in the night Go downstairs to pick up another key Because nobody could even bring me the key to my room"
