"All the staff were so lovely. The front desk staff were very friendly and always ready to answer our questions. I would like to make special mention of the young staff who worked in the little cafe. They were so kind and patient with us when we used our minimal Spanish. Their service was wonderful and our drinks and meals were delicious. Definitely try the fruit bowl. Incredible. The grounds around the pool area are so pretty and it is nice to read on the big wraparound porch. The whole hotel is open and airy. Our room was basic but very clean and comfortable. Perfect location. I would highly reccommend."

"The room was ok but the the lacks security in the hotel and the worst part was there is no WiFi in this hotel we ask the front about the WiFi and. they lied and said it would work in one hour and it didn’t so went back she was very rude and said no your not going to have WiFi and was very I’m respectful when we would ask because she said we would have soon but when asked again she was very rude and said no your not going to get it for the the two days we were staying there they flat out lied , and the breakfast was only toast and cereal and that’s it and then they want to charge you for anything else. I would not recommend staying in this hotel is terrible. The staff is terrible. They will lie to you."

"Para empezar me parece un buen lugar pues está muy tranquilo y a un costado hay una tienda de conveniencia. El personal (no todos) muy amables, aunque me tocó llegar de noche le preguntaba algunas cosas a la dama que estaba en recepción y me dio la impresión que estaba molesta pues como que no me escuchaba, pero bueno, nada del otro mundo. El interior muy bien, refrigerador bien, estufa bien, camas muy bien, limpia la habitación, me agradó que habían varios canales en la tv, lo único a mejorar en el baño es que le falta cerrar el espacio de la regadera con el wc pues solo tiene la mitad de una división y al bañarse escurre mucho el agua hacia afuera. Igual me agradó la tranquilidad del lugar. En resumen me parece un excelente hotel."
