"Property kept charging us twice for every purchase. Room, restaurant, drinks, everything. Front desk staff was no help. Manager was even worse. Kept blaming Expedia for double room charge. Expedia kept blaming the front desk. Nobody would take accountability. We were supposed to have working stove and microwave in our one bedroom suite. We didn’t, front desk manager tried to tell us the room didn’t come with one but it specifically stated on reservation it did. General manager has no clue...
