"Nice and clean place."

"Booked a King studio suite with Kitchenette... Unfortunately it was a regular sized King room with a stove top and cupboards built in. This in turn made the bathroom so small you had to step in the shower to get out of the bathroom... Advice, don't pay the extra for a King suite!"

"The price is great, we stayed two nights. They did not clean the room between nights so we had to ask for extra towels as we were only supplied with two originally. When we asked why it wasn’t cleaned they said all but two of the housekeeping staff called in sick. I don’t really care that it wasn’t cleaned but at least restock the towels when you supply so few."

"Been at this Travelodge Lethbridge several times. The rooms were reasonable priced, are clean and the staff is wonderful (especially Preet Josan the general manager), lots of parking and never have had a problem. Variety of hot and cold items for the free breakfast. Also has a sweet bar (with VLTs) in the building for a meal and drinks. Really enjoyed our stay. "

"The pool was great! Unfortunately there was garbage all around outside the building. Our bathroom door didn’t close properly. The room was pretty cramped. The kitchen has 2 stove burners but no microwave. We could hear lots of noise from other rooms, the a/c was so loud! There’s no screen on the window. The breakfast was okay. I see why it’s 2.5 stars."

"Needs complete upgrade , room smelled of stale cigarettes. A/C unit ran continuously, did not cool at all and was very loud."

"The hotel itself was in overall pretty good shape, though sections of the hotel (elevator, hallways, carpeting) were definitely well-used and could use some TLC. The hotel is unfortunately located in a rougher area and thus, staff have to focus on policing unhoused individuals quite a bit. The staff themselves were lovely in all interactions. It would be beneficial to add ramps to both entrances for accessibility and access to luggage racks."

"The hot tub jets were not functioning, which left it as a warm soaking tub. Two maintenance staff didn’t appear to know what was wrong with it and when it would be fixed. The hotel should consider putting in cheap and easy to operate Cuisinart waffle makers instead of the more complicated waffle maker that is in place. Breakfast staff had to assist guests in using it and removed waffles that constantly stuck to the griddle. There were no tea bags in our room, which was an inconvenience for...

"Definitely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, the food was not only huge but also very accommodating to people with celiac. The staff is super friendly and very very helpful. I highly recommend staying at this hotel over any other hotel in Lethbridge"

"Well, I was very disappointed un the cleanliness of the bathroom. I lifted up to use the toilet and there was a black ring under the rim, it was disgusting. I told the front desk about & they sent a gentleman up with a toilet auger. I explained & showed him where the problem was and he tried to clean it, then left. "Located far from any amenities or shops. It was fairly comfortable, but the kitchen lacked many tools for making our simple dinners such as tongs or a pairing knife. There seem to be a lot of rules around eating and cooking smells that I haven’t seen in other places. The pool was quite small and the hot tub did not work properly. It wasn’t terrible, but I would not consider staying here again."
