"Very close to events we were attending. Bed comfortable. Breakfast had a nice assortment of items and attendant kept all foods supplied. Area was very clean. Staff was pleasant. The accessible room would have worked better if it had a walk in shower not a tub. With a hand held shower head and a seat. Many handicapped people who use a wheelchair can not lift their leg over a tub.and need a shower seat because they can’t stand up for any length of time. "

"I love staying here this was our third time, the only complaint I had this time I did find some old snacks and pieces of food on floor under the bed and couch area, it was not much but it’s something that I did not like. Not that any hotels offer this so it’s not a complaint but I wish places like here that have a pool would have life jackets to use in the pool area as I did forget my sons this time. I do recommend this place and will stay here again. "

"We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel bc when we were driving up we didn't know what to expect. I read several reviews so we weren't totally in the dark. The hotel lost some points for the stained and torn mattress and room being renovated on the first floor. We didn't take points for the reno but bc they could've closed the curtains. "Ended up staying here after our apartment was being renovated w/o our knowledge. Spoke with representative from Hilton who confirmed that I was able to book this location as a local for my family and I, check in went smooth, staff was very friendly. Room was clean,neat and spacious. Was able to de stress!"

"A good place for its price point and very convenient to the PNC Pavilion. Check in was somewhat chaotic. The first person at the desk needed to call for backup. They said they charge a $25 down payment for non smoking rooms, which isn’t on the Hotels.com listing. Still, the people were pleasant. We weren’t expecting luxury. "I came to NC for a convention and booked this place because the host hotel was sold out. Check-in was quick, the service was very friendly and the accommodations were clean and comfortable with a pool - which came in handy due the extreme heat and humidity. I'd stay here again. Free breakfast was a bonus and there are plenty of places to eat and shop in the area. It's also right off the highway exit. "
