The front desk staff very friendly. Room was clean and bed was quite comfy with decent pillows. Parking was a little tight with a bigger truck but electrical contractors were actively staying there and took up a bit of the lot, but thats not the facility fault. Convenient to shopping and attractions

The hotel definitely needs some upgrades but for the price it was nice. The beds were comfy and it was very quiet. I would stay again. The mini fridge door was very wobbly but even with the upgrades needed the room was nice and clean. Could definitely use some additional breakfast choices. Staff was very friendly. Do feel with the lack of upgrades the $150 incidental fee is a bit high.

The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The rooms could use some updates. Our door was very hard to open, the hair dryer did not work, the safety lock was falling off the door and the carpet had stains. Breakfast was good and the linens were clean. We needed a room at last minute and it got the job done. It's a good location and could be a really nice hotel with some maintenance updates.

Convenient: close to all the things--restaurants, gas stations, breakfast, lunch and dinner, and Charlotte Motor Speedway. Quiet too. Yet, close by to the highway for quick access to all the other sites.

Dissapointed visit

Parking was sketchy. Staff never followed through to help with our concerns. Breakfast was good but the renovation noise was ridiculous. Our room had no cool air conditioning and took 3 days to accommodate us to another room. Homeless people did not give a warm and fuzzy feeling when we were outside

I really like this hotel very close to my family when I come to visit from Maryland. I wanted to ask the front desk do they ever deep clean the carpets due to pet's. Because there is always a very heavy urine smell in rooms but other than that my stay was good.

The property had a lot of maintenance that needed to be done. I came with my family to spend a week and our door knobs were coming off either from the inside or outside had to get changed from rooms bc of it. We also had a really bad cigarette smell in our bedrooms eventhough I had voiced out before I had a newborn. The bathroom door was horrible and made a loud bang everytime we closed it. And the door was completely damaged. However the staff was very respectful, kind and helpful.

I liked how easy the check-in and the friendliness of the lady who prepared our room keys. I really liked the cleanliness of the room and the way the staff cleaned the room while we were out. Now, i did not like the fact that the breakfast area had ben reduced in size and offerings. But overall, the place was very nice and i do plan to stay there again.
