"The hotel staff was incredibly kind and responsive. The property was pretty beat up including guest rooms and especially hallway and lobby furnishings. There were layers of stains on the chairs in the breakfast area. Again, the staff was great and worked hard to make our experience pleasant, including bringing us extra blankets in the evening and keeping the breakfast buffet stocked. The hotel ownership needs to invest in the property to go with the amazing people who work there."

"Linens on bed were thin. Air conditioning took for ever to cool room and was really dirty. No soap in dispenser in shower. Breakfast was good."

"Beware! Renovations are being done. There was no water when we entered the room. The front desk indicated it was shut off for renovation and would be turned on in 20 minutes. One hour later it finally worked but hot water was dark brown. My husband ran the hot water for 1.5 hours straight before it ran clear. In the morning, the hot water for tea, in the lobby, was brown. We went to a convenience store in order to get a decent cup of tea and coffee. We recommend you stay elsewhere."

"The room linens were clean but there was dust in the corners, especially in the bathroom and the tv remote didn’t work on our tv and they didn’t have any remotes that were compatible. The pool was closed for the season. When I turned on the tap in the bathroom, brown water came out before it cleared up. But the staff was nice and check in was easy. Overall it was decent but it just needs some attention to detail."

"What I expected"

"First time saying at this hotel. Rooms were dirty, floors in bathroom dirty, felt like they only make the bed and wipe nothing down. Toilet was clogged when we checked in. Staff gave us a clearly dirty plunger in a bag to unclog our self. sections of the wall paper cut out in squares on the wall in the bathroom with looks to be mold or stains. Shower had good pressure and clean but water leaked out of the door because the door seal damaged. We sat outside by the "firepit" all the chars around...

"The door sweep was broken off on the bottom of the door so there was a decent gap for rodents to fit under. The ac did not cool properly. The toilet did not flush completely and the bath tub had a steady drip."

"Everything was great except for the 150.00 you have to pay extra if you’re from the surrounding area. Breakfast was great and very clean, The ATM didn’t work on the property so I had to leave go get cash from Walmart and go back 104 degrees outside on the 4th, but I was patient about the whole situation!!!!!"
