"It is a really nice property! Staff is AMAZING! “Aux petits soins” The food is Good! The Spa is Fantastic! The only thing… is not about the hotel… it’s all about clients attitude… they are not respectful and quiet and they SLAMMED the doors all the time - 7am or 11pm They just don’t care if you are sleeping, tired or not… So I had a concern about that… and I just tell the Guests relations desk… and guest what? No more! Voila! "

Highly recommended! The week we spent at the hotel was unforgettable. "An amazing hospitality and dinner experience after a pretty long road. I thought I would never feel welcomed like years ago in the Andes Lodge (close to Puelo, also in Patagonia)… but Sebastian, Hernán, Chris & Co exceeded by far our expectations in terms of service and gastronomy. Sad I just booked for one night… but I will be back shortly and for a longer stay. Congrats to the team !"

"This is a gorgeous hotel just by the entrance to Torres del Paine national park with outstanding views towards Torres del Paine. Popular, big and busy due to it's location but there are plenty of quiet spaces to relax and enjoy the views. We had a classic room with skylight mountain views, very comfortable. Wind noise can be a little loud on the roof when it's very windy (often) but didn't disturb our sleep. These are on the top (4th) floor. The lift only reaches the 3rd floor. Amazing buffet breakfast with lots of good quality selection and plenty to do in the hotel with the added facilities. They can make packed lunches if needed and also grab bags for breakfast if you need to leave early for a hike (like we did)."
