This hotel does many excursions and trips on their boat. The glacier is a must from here. Full day, and it’s stunning. Hotel is lovely and very relaxing.

Property is located so that it has a nice view of the harbor. The trees and scenery are amazing. The staff was very helpful and the room very nice.

Nice location and room but disappointing meals

The hotel is nice enough and is in a nice location. It was convenient for the port for my ferry the next day to Chiloé. The barman was friendly and interacted well with his customers. However I was disappointed with the evening meal in the restaurant. It was buffet style and very average with no a la carte options. Likewise breakfast was very average

Check in was poor. Staff barely friendly. They could not find our booking but were not telling us anything. Obviously we had no room and it took them like 15 minutes to find us one but they never explained anything. Never apologized or so. We had booked a room with view on the sea... but a huge tree was hiding the sea! The only view we had was on the parking lot...!!!  As we arrived early in the afternoon, we went for a walk but Puerto Chacabuco proper does not offer sufficient attractions to hold interest, a small and nondescript ferry terminal, with poor eating options, no shops of any kind. Thus we wanted to have a drink at the bar while waiting for dinner. But weren't we surprised when we were told the bar was opening at 7:00 as well as the restaurant !!! Never saw a bar opening so late in that kind of hotel. After a 4-hour drive, we were so looking forward to relaxing and enjoying our evening quietly... We thus had to drive to Puerto Aysen, some 20 minutes away, which is considerably larger with good lodging and food options. The only reason for staying at Loberias is to take the Catamaran run by the same company to the San Rafael glacier. So if one is not worried by an early morning start to meet the Catamaran, Puerto Aysén might be a better option. As we did not want to get up too early, it was convenient to stay at Loberias. Even the gift shop is not attractive and the person running it is not friendly either. Don't expect too much of this hotel.

En general fue una buena estadía, solo que el bar glaciar dejo mucho que desear pedimos un tabla para compartir y se podía decir que con suerte era para 1 persona, carísima en relación a la calidad y al pagar cuando se menciono esto indicaron que se debió haber dicho en el momento, ya que, no siempre entregan las mismas tablas en cantidad y variedad, lo cual es ilógico porque el valor es solo uno, no se me cobro menos porque fue muy poco. Después solo comimos en el restaurante que el servicio y los platos son mucho mejor. En recepción la mayoría muy amable, pero al momento de consultar por la logística de llegada nunca respondieron whatsapp.

Aconchegante. Equipe muito gentil e atenciosa.

Hotel referência da região de Aysén. Boa estrutura, bom restaurante, precisa apenas de manutenção para voltar a ser uma referência hotel. Torneira pia estava entupida e banheira não tinha uma tampa para poder utilizar. Mesmo após reclamar não resolveram problema da banheira

Fantástico

Excelente Hotel, muuyyy limpio, hermoso, acorde al medio ambiente, con chimeneasnque te invitaban a tomarnuna copa y disfrutar de la lluvia y la increíble vista. La comida exquisita y el tour a Laguna San Rafael que entrega el mismo hotel es maravilloso de primera calidad con un servicio completo con desayuno, aperitivos, almuerzo, snacks todo muy muy completo solo debes dedicarte a disfrutar de lo hermoso de los paisajes. Utilizamos el servicio de lavanderia y fue muy rápido y económico. En general un 10 volveré de todas maneras
