"Excelente y original experiencia boutique Una propuesta realmente innovadora. Se trata de un hotel boutique hermoso cuyas habitaciones están acondicionadas dentro de barricas de roble, muy bien adaptadas y acogedoras. Como sugerencia de mejora, creo que a las habitaciones más grandes les vendría muy bien incluir un perchero y una pequeña mesa con dos sillas para mayor comodidad. Asimismo, en el baño eché de menos una mejor iluminación en el área del espejo. Por lo demás, todo fenomenal. El...

"Unfortunately our room faced the plaza and loud band until almost midnight! Also at 3 am we were awakened by loud tapping noise that lasted about 20 minutes"

"Customer service was amazing. Very helpful. First time visitor to Santiago, one of their staff help me navigate to the proper driving access and parking. I thought I would be spending the night in my car, but they were very helpful to figure out where the hotel was located in the confusing tunnel system and central park that Santiago has. Upon check-in, they took care of everything and offered me a hot tea. I was so grateful for their service."

"El restaurante no tiene capacidad suficiente. Imposible encontrar mesa..."

"Short stay, but nice hotel."

"Excelente"

"Speedy check-inThe welcome drinks (wine) & a pack of soft cookie (delicious) did give me a surprise but our hotel room booking was without a complimentary breakfast so we decided to give it a try at their F&B outlet after check-in. Food served was amazing. Generous portion with reasonable prices & great service rendered by the crew. Room was up to their standard with good bedding. Sufficient furnishings & amenities. Great city view (modern high rise buildings & street vibe) right from the...

"Très bon hôtel propre, personnel serviable, belles chambres, avec très bon service de navette vers l'aéroport. La zone n'est pas intéressante mais on choisit cet hôtel pour sa proximité de l'aéroport pour un départ tôt le matin."

"Decent location and modern hotel with an excellent buffet breakfast. The rooms are relatively simple but with stunning views of the Andes whilst the rooftop bar/restaurant is ok."

"Beautiful hotel boutique. Home away from home Breakfast is awesome"

"Todo excelente"

"Bed comfort is key and I loved the bed, it was perfect and after a long day of travel and then excursions that is a key for me. The size of the room was lovely, it was clean and quiet and I loved the pool view, the restaurant looked great but I did not have a chance to eat there but one morning before my excursion they were helpful for a quick bite. The convenience of the location in proximity to St. Lucia Hill was excellent and one of my fav walks I took while there. Great property overall."

"Excelente ubicación, instalaciones y servicios"
