Well located near a metro station, excellent service, the room was comfortable but small. Coffee, tea and biscoff 24 hrs that was nice

Liked the location. Nicely appointed hotel. online check in was quick and easy but I wasn’t offered any information on the hotel amenities or where to go for breakfast when I arrived at the property. In fairness perhaps that information was provided online and I didn’t look at it.

The stars and service question and rating are subtly skewed as the hotel itself the staff was phenomenal and top tier. However, the restaurant staff on property for Luciano by Gino D’Acampo was utterly horrendous, waited 45 minutes for water refills and only received because I got up to ask for them, not much was done at all about the issue other then restaurant management making excuse of being short staffed, but she couldn’t be bothered to check on us or anyone else knowing that? We received a 20% discount upon checkout and lodging a more formal complaint in the lobby. We had reservations for two months and made it our last meal in the UK and couldn’t had been more disappointed or let down. The hotel nice, their restaurants, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I felt very comfortable, safe, and take. care of here as a solo female traveler. I definitely recommend getting the deluxe room and will plan to be staying here again. It helps the food downstairs at the pub is great too!
