"The property is in an excellent location, just behind the piazza and easily accessible from the boat bus. "Such a beautiful property! Conveniently located. The fine linens whether in the room, bar or dining were noticeable. I didn't realize until my first morning when I woke up that the turn down service had not only closed the curtains but had closed the outside shutters. When I opened the window and the shutters, I was treated by the church bells ringing. It was magical! "Staff was amazingly kind. After traveling through US I expect a mediocre service environment. These people were so kind, over the top helpful. The property is a converted third generation home and exquisite. Breakfast was not what we expected. It was lacking nothing including fresh everything and cappuccino made for us. "

"My second stay here, I will stay here on each visit to Venice. Amazing location, very short walk to San Marco and not much further to the water taxi for the airport. Vito is an excellent member of staff but all are equally wonderful, friendly, helpful. Delicious treats and amazing toiletries in rooms on arrival, including toothbrush and shaving kit! "Brilliant location, spacious apartment. Secure, safe, accessible (as far as Venice goes). Would stay again. Rooms were great, bathroom and kitchenette/dining area excellent. Only annoying thing was the incessant WhatsApp messages trying to sell tours and trips before our arrival. A couple of the reviews mention parking. There is no parking - it’s Venice!
