"Our experience at this hotel was mixed. The service is truly 5-star level — staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is excellent, very close to Santa Lucia terminal and next to a market, which is very convenient. Breakfast was also very good, with eggs, bread, cereal, and great coffee. "Fantastic location right on the canal by the rialto bridge! It was great being able to walk right out of the room into the heart of the city. Easy access to everything and boat transportation to get in and out for travel. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Great views from the rooftop bar!"
