Housekeeping was excellent—towels were changed daily, the trash was taken out every day, and the beds were neatly made each morning. The bathroom was spotless upon arrival, and the room itself was very spacious and comfortable. "I arrived a bit early. They didn't allow me to check in early, although it was confirmed the previous guest had left. I asked a kind favor to prioritize cleaning my room first but it was not entertained. I asked to switch to another room that is ready and has been cleaned but my request was rejected. No effort was made whatsoever to help guests except the easy response of saying a sharp "NO" with a stuck-up face. Finally passed the check-in time, 3 pm, but my room was still not ready. I told...
