The front desk lady seemed to have no clue what was going on. I booked and paid for my reservation /room and upon arrival, I was told that the rooms after 3:00 (check in time) were first come first serve…interesting ! I reserved (and paid for) a queen room ,but settled for a double , just to check in, since there was an over an hour wait for a queen room . Again , I don’t understand this since I already paid for the room . Anyway, the hotel was very clean and well maintained, the room was fantastic. As for staying there again, that questionable .

Ms. Paula at the front desk was incredibly helpful during my stay. She ensured that my reservation was kept even when though I checked in at 9PM as opposed to the 3PM check-in time. Bernard was also incredibly helpful. When my keys were not working, he made his way to my room and showed me how to do it, always with a helpful attitude.\ Wonderful service all around!

Not sure how old the facility is but being an extended stay hotel there was some minor wear and tear but a decent place to stay overall. The in room microwave had not been cleaned in a while, There were food particles spattered all over the inside including the side on the door where someone had egg or cheese ( I'm guessing ) on their fingers and touched it. I would have to say they need to upgrade their mattress' (very uncomfortable to sleep on) plus they need to upgrade the shower to a Multi Function Shower Head ( Amazon has a High pressure 5-Mode High Flow head for $ 10.00 each ) Just saying 😁

Booked this room months ago and paid upfront. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk and was closed. We called and they said because we didn’t arrive before 10pm that they gave our room away. Have yet to hear from them about a refund. The lady I talked to on the phone was very rude and didn’t care about predicament. We weren’t the only people that had problems with them. Suggest not using them at all.

First thing they don't accept cash for any deposit, Second although they do allow pets many of the dogs are big and scary which i got scared. In the lobby they open at 9:00 am and close the lobby around 9:00.
