"If you are wanting a cheap motel for the night, this is it. Just keep in mind that it’s cheap for a reason. Upon arrival, we noticed a used needle/syringe on the ground. The sheets of the bed were stained so we had to ask for new ones. The shower leaked, there was no mini fridge/kitchenette, no lamps or additional lighting. Not a big deal for a one night stay but maybe for longer periods. The actual place was dirty beyond repair (the stairs, the railings, the storage rooms, the roof overhang)....

"The room was clean and cute. It had a comfortable bed and a desk and that’s all we really needed. The area was fairly quiet and a great location to catch a bus or take a quick drive to the parts of city we visited (The Loop and Hyde Park). We had access to street parking directly in front of the property. The shared common areas were a fun aesthetic and very tidy. Online communication with the property managers was timely and direct. We definitely enjoyed our brief stay :)"

"Common areas are spacious and well kept. Room was sufficient with a bed and chair and clean. I was provided two bath towels and hand towels. Although unusual, sharing a common bathroom wasn’t an issue for me and the bathroom was kept clean. "

"only the shower floor grout looked dirty so i bought slippers in China town. Everything else was perfect. Location for convention center parking and subway."

"Sonder by Marriott was an excellent choice for a stay in downtown Chicago. My little family and I felt safe in a well decorated, maintained, and clean apartment-like setting. We also requested a travel infant bed, and within a half hour, an employee delivered our request. Everything about the lodging was perfect except for the parking. We had been under the guise there was free-parking. However, there was only street parking available. That in itself was not an issue except you can not park...

"I arrived a bit early. They didn't allow me to check in early, although it was confirmed the previous guest had left. I asked a kind favor to prioritize cleaning my room first but it was not entertained. I asked to switch to another room that is ready and has been cleaned but my request was rejected. No effort was made whatsoever to help guests except the easy response of saying a sharp "NO" with a stuck-up face. Finally passed the check-in time, 3 pm, but my room was still not ready. I told...

"Fantastic location across from quieter section of Grant Park/downtown. Absolutely spectacular view from 2 bedroom premium apartment. Gym was awesome, too! HIGHLY recommend this place!!!!!!"
