"We had an issue when checking in. Our flight was delayed due to weather and we arrived after midnight. I messaged the hotel on the Expedia app to let them know to ensure we were not considered a no show. Once we finally made it to the hotel, the person at the front desk informed us they did consider us a no show and cancelled the booking. "The hostel atmosphere itself was great. It very safe to require a keycard to enter the premises. The rooms were maintained nicely and the layout was clean. I was in town for a conference down the street and got incredibly lucky to be placed in the same room as someone also attending the conference. I think my experience at the hostel was better because of that. I did find two of the female hostel staff to be rude. I had messaged the property Tuesday evening asking if a room would be available...

"I arrived a bit early. They didn't allow me to check in early, although it was confirmed the previous guest had left. I asked a kind favor to prioritize cleaning my room first but it was not entertained. I asked to switch to another room that is ready and has been cleaned but my request was rejected. No effort was made whatsoever to help guests except the easy response of saying a sharp "NO" with a stuck-up face. Finally passed the check-in time, 3 pm, but my room was still not ready. I told...
