"Centrale ligging dichtbij het metrostation op max 5 min loopafstand. Personeel super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer wat aan de kleine kant maar verder prima. Lekker bed en door de rolluiken heel donker. Na een lange dag wandelen door het moois wat Lyon te bieden heeft, kwamen deze luiken goed van pas. De volgende ochtend werd ik heerlijk uitgerust wakker. Pas nadat de rolluiken opengingen zag ik hoe licht en druk het buiten al was. Vanuit de kamer niets gemerkt :) Ontbijt ook super. Croissants...

"Helpful staff. Room initially was for handicapped— so we had to move. Room large and bed comfortable. Shower large but extremely slippery (needed rubber mats). Closet space too small for 5 day trip. Buffet breakfast very nice with custom cooked omelettes."

"The reception and general staff of the hotel were so nice, welcoming and so helpful, in a genuine and sincere way! I think some of the best hotel staff I’ve encountered (and I’ve stayed at many hotels!). The room itself is simple and stylish, perfect for a city break. "The location was very central so easy to walk everywhere. The room was very large and had a high ceiling which made it seem even bigger. The staff was very friendly and helpful."
