Great price for what’s on offer. Well located and close to public transport options. Parking was fantastic - secure underground and though a slope down, was totally fine for our lowered vehicle if you’re in a road trip.

My best hotel stay.

Clean and comfortable room, nice staff, gym and swimming pool available but I didn’t make use of it as we were very tired. I loved the idea of checking out at 12:00. We love Odalys hotel and will visit again in near future.

A good option for families. Clean and quiet with many walkable restaurants and shops and public transport nearby. Only disadvantage was the lack of air conditioning during a hot summer which made it more difficult to sleep comfortably

Well worth a visit

Great position - near to the confluence area and a twenty minute walk to the old town. Lovely staff - the only complaint would be that the pillows were old and lumpy. We asked for another one - still lumpy. The pillows need a review.

Stay Between November-April Only

Pros:Massively large bathroom and well-stocked-modern.you can open 2 huge windows for circulation. Room is very spacious. Only a 3-minute walk to the tram. Cons: There is no air-conditioning. Regional and freight trains are just 100+ feet away so it is noisy because you have to have windows open. Loud talking and laughing from other rooms because their windows are open.

Good simple stay, met all our needs without issue. Only thing that could be improved is the climate control. Unable to control room temp in room and found it cold during the day but then so hot at night we had to sleep with the windows wide open (in winter). Which is fine except for how loud the train is with windows open. Would have been nice to be able to set the temp to a nice constant temp ourselves.

NO ac winter only your better off on the street

NO AC (trying to sell its green) it is unlivable Train is passing 10 m from your window And they have freight trains in all night Morning kinder-garden under your window Crying children wake up (if you manage to sleep at all)

Firstly, we arrived to a dead bird and a partially eaten rat by the entrance to the grounds of the hotel. Lovely start. Secondly, there are homeless people living about 50m from the hotel entrance. They were quiet in fairness, and kept to themselves, but clearly not the greatest area, being right next to the railway track. Thirdly, we found the bins in our room to be filled with rubbish from the previous tenant, including smelly used nappies, and when we raised this with reception, they refused to empty them and gave us directions to the main bin to empty them ourselves. Finally, and most importantly, there is a serious health and safety risk when putting down the sofa bed, which resulted in a nasty toe injury. I wanted to report this on departure, but there was nobody in reception at 10am. As we left, all the staff, including the receptionist, were outside smoking. We instead reported the issue via Expedia, but the manager has simply responded that no level of refund will be applicable.
