"The receptionist staff could not have been more helpful."

"Ideally located. Staff were very helpful. Great value for money."

"Great location only a few minutes walk from centre. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Quiet rooms, good size with comfy bed. Wouldn’t recommend the off site parking that’s recommended by the hotel, very tight parking spaces. Would definitely recommend and would stay again."

"Place excellent great staff nice food only problem was there was no chair in my room if you lay on the bed you fall asleep but great place"

"Excellent quirky hotel in a great location. Staff couldn't do enough for you. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again."

"Fabulous location. Efficient, friendly staff who were always ready to help. Lovely food."

"What a fabulous stay. Downtown Chester with parking; the location is excellent - less than 5 minutes walk to the Cathedral. The hotel itself is spotless with a really modern yet classical style. Amenities are good (eg premium coffee and tea - and biccies) and the bed was super comfortable. "Really good location that was in the heart of downtown and a close walk to everything."

"Ba Ba guest house Chester was a superb find. I stayed for 2 nights whilst doing the marathon. A very big single room, everyone provided & a very comfy bed. The breakfast was excellent. An easy walk to the city centre & a 30 minute walk to the race course. The owners were really friendly & helpful with car parking. I would definitely recommend this guest house if you want a quiet comfortable stay close to all amenities."
