"Not worth coming back to There's very little to get excited about at LIVN. The one saving grace is having an in-unit kitchen, which at least gives you the option to cook your own meals — a nice perk, but not enough to make up for everything else. The furniture looks like it was picked straight off the IKEA showroom floor, and the overall aesthetic feels cheap and uninspired. To make matters worse, the L CTA train runs right nearby, and you'll be reminded of it every 10 to 20 minutes — not ideal...
