"Beautiful, large room wtih tasteful, thoughtfully-selected furniture and amenities. Location was excellent for visiting the historic landmarks. Media system in room was problematic and did not work over the 5-night visit. Efforts to fix it were unsuccessful."

"Beautiful hotel, nice views of the river and New Jersey. Staff was amazing, very old architecture vibes . Perfect spot for food and bars and great walking distance to a lot! 100% Will visit again. Only thing is the room did need a mirror besides the one in the bathroom. Be careful where you park tho, Philly will tow! Haha but that was a mistake on the city not the hotel. They all were amazing!"

I intentionally arrived at the designated check-in time of 4:00 PM, only to find that my apartment had not yet been prepared. "If you need quiet to sleep this is not the place to stay. The traffic is off and on at night with the bridge right there. The bathroom was not very clean, hair on the floors and shower, the parking is frustrating and way over priced. The staff was fine. The property messaged after booking the room and requested a possible early check in and they said to call the day before, called the day before check in and the staff was rude about it and then said to call the morning of.
