"We booked this spot last-minute during an unexpected overnight layover in Philly and were so glad we did. The location in Old City was perfect—super walkable and felt very safe, even walking to grab a late-night Philly cheesesteak after 11pm on a Saturday. "My teen daughter and I stayed here for one night while traveling around PA, NJ and NY. This place is so cute. When we first got here we were greeted and given a quick tour including some history about the house and how it came to be a hotel. The room was very well appointed with a full, updated bathroom. A “continental breakfast” was included which consisted of coffee, juice and fresh fruit, cereal, homemade muffins and coffee cake.

"Staff was responsive, polite, professional throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the secure entrances (needed in Philly city environment). They have a giant community refrigerator and you are allowed some pantry items, too. "We traveled here with our toddler— we stayed for three nights. We were so happy with this hotel. It was perfectly clean, walkable to everything, and had spacious rooms.
