I’ve just stayed at SSAW garden hotel for 4 nights and it was an excellent stay for the following reasons: 1) service was awesome, staff were super friendly and willing to help. 2) location was awesome, it is about a 10 minute walk to IFS etc 3) value was incredible as we got free breakfast and self service laundry is also free 4) the amenities were really clean and new (this is what is really important to us) We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, ten minutes to nearest subway, lots of restaurants nearby. Free breakfast in hotel was good and for the three days we stayed there breakfast changed each day and the big surprise was free lunch, which we didn’t use and a free evening meal which we only used once as there are so many delicious places and experiences elsewhere, but great offer.

Perfect hotel for a short stay in Chengdu. Location is great, with a wide range of Restaurants & Bars within 5 minutes and just a short walk into the centre of the city for shopping. The nearest Subway is a 10 minute walk. Good sized room, clean & tidy and pleasant staff. Very good.

The room is comfortable and clean. Staffs are extremely helpful and diligent. All the future guests will not be disappointed. However, the TV might not be in the best position as it is not easily viewed from the bed. But overall, this is the hotel that I would come back the second or third time. Kudos to the staffs ❤️

The location is fantastic. It’s within walking distance to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, surrounded by local restaurants and snacks. Our room was spacious and tidy with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering a nice city view. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom featured dry and wet separation. The staff at reception are friendly and check-in was smooth. There are plenty of amenities: daily breakfast, fitness center, self-service laundry room. A kids’ playground is available, making it ideal for family travellers. We would love to stay again on our next trip in Chengdu!

This hotel is located near the center of the downtown. It is very convenient to go shopping. The hotel staff are incredibly nice and go out of their way to help guests. One young lady named Lira and all other staffs helped me find my lost AirPod in the taxi. Incredible! I really appreciate their help. On top of the great service, the rooms are exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. Breakfast has variety of selection with great taste. Highly recommended!

The staff communicate with the guests via WeChat. The communication was smooth. The breakfast selection was good. They're fresh. They have a barista behind the coffee station asking your favorite cup of joe with fresh ground coffee. We had a great experience here for myself and my grown teens.
