"El hotel esta bastante bien, hubiera sido de agradecer que el personal de la recepción hablara mas inglés… nadie nos ayudó con el equipaje ni nos acompañó a la habitación, tuvimos que buscarla nosotras por nuestra cuenta. "This is a pretty new hotel. It is very clean and modern. The staff is also very helpful. When we checked in, the front desk told us free breakfast was not included in our reservation. However, I purposely searched hotel providing free breakfast when I made my reservation. Not sure what happened but the hotel was nice enough to provide breakfast for us. One small thing the hotel can improve is to install window screens on the windows alongside the stairs. Otherwise, bugs and mosquitoes can get...
