"This is a rental apartment. When you arrive , you call the manager to come to the ground floor to take you to your room. You are given one card key. "If you do not speak Chinese and do not have a phone finding this hotel is very difficult. I was charged twice on top of what I had already paid with Expedia, so beware of the extra expense. Since English/Chinese was a barrier it took about an hour to find it.
