"Love this hotel. Super nice staff. Love the free parking and the rooms are clean. We had an issue with our mini fridge and a smell in the room but the staff did not wait to make sure it was fixed. They removed the broken fridge and brought in a new one"

"We have had a great time at Pena Park Hotel. Definitely recommend, good food, friendly and helpful staff. We had few activities booked at the nearby Pena Aventura and it was quite relaxing to go back to the hotel and relax by the swimming pool. We will definitely go back! "Casa Grande was so beautiful, we wish we could have stayed longer. Maria and the rest of the staff were so welcoming. Everything was very clean. The pool had a wonderful view of the vineyard which you can walk or go for a run through. We bought a bottle of their wine which was spectacular. Also their dog Bella was very sweet."

"Lovely clean spacious room with all the facilities we required. We did use the pool while at the hotel and thought it was excellent with plenty of sun loungers. We had breakfast at the hotel and the food was tasty and plenty of choice. We didn’t have an evening meal so can’t comment on main meals. Overall excellent value hotel and I would have no hesitation in booking again if I’m ever in Chaves."

"Loved this hotel. Its location is amazing - up in the hills and so tranquil but still only a 10 minute drive from Chaves. The hotel has so many fruit trees and herbs - I was able to pick fresh mint to make mint tea whilst I was there. Will definitely return!"
