Lovely modern hotel. Secure underground parking for the motorbikes but check it out before you park. The entrance / exit is only short but it's steep. Very helpful reception staff.

Beautifully located next to the castle in the centre of Chaves. Close to supermarkets, aswell as bars and restaurant. The hotel is modern, fresh and the staff are friendly and will go the extra mile to satisfy your needs. Will choose Castelo next time I go back to Chaves.

Great location and ample free parking. Breakfast was simple, good and more than adequate. Staff was friendly and helpful. No real amenities like a restaurant, big bar, and the spa with pool is only if you upgrade, but if all you’re looking for is a nice clean room in a great location, then you can’t go wrong.
