"Every time we come to London (4th-5th time here) we stay here at Park Plaza. Always top noch and star rating. Really great place to stay, i unfortunately have to lower the star rating for 2 reasons. One day our room was very poorly cleaned and restocked with coffee and amenities, rubbish cans not lined, etc. The last thing is the greeting from the manager, evey time we have come we usually got a good bottle of wine and a fruit bowl. This time not so. Go a small box of chocolates and a package...

"Check-in was a bit of a hassle, as there was some kind of issue going on. I waited quite a while.
However, the staff was extremely understanding and helpful, and they did their best to get it resolved as soon as possible. In the end I was comfortably checked into my room and the rest of the stay was without any issues at all"

"From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we were treated like royalty at the Chesterfield Mayfair. The hotel staff goes above and beyond.
