"We were given a handi cap room which was not the best as everything was low sink, bed ect. We were not informed prior to our stay I would have booked elsewhere. To find our room was like a rabbit warren if a disabled person had to walk to the end of long and narrow corridors it would terrible. Not impressed at all"

"Parking was very easy Staff were delightful and helpful The hotel was very quiet with it being out of season so the menu choice in the restaurant was very limited but what we had was good and value for money. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order again because of the limited number of guests. We will definitely return. "

"We stayed at Whitley Coach House to spend a few days in the area before attending a wedding in Frome. Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end). The coach house itself was spacious enough for the three of us, with everything one might need for a few days away. "

"There are some very up and down reviews out on the Rudloe arms. However my advice would be ignore them this place is excellent almost unbelievable value. The main building is quirky comfortable and the service is friendly and professional. It’s only 10 minutes into bath so a great base for a city break. "
