"The area around Box Hill is beautiful. Some nice little nature areas within strolling distance. Good star-gazing. Staff at the pub were great, as were the locals. Excellent local ciders and ales. Food was great too, great ploughman's lunch. Amazing place to watch the sunset and see the lights of Bath in the distance. "

"Absolutely beautiful home and farm land. Emailed us for our estimated time of arrival and met us for our late check in after travels. Drove us with to the local pub for dinner and introduced us to family and locals. The friendliest of cats greeted us as we came and left, and breakfast was above and beyond! If we get the opportunity to return to the UK, we'd go out of our way to stay in Manor Farm B&B Grittleton again!"

"Ok, so there was an issue with the room when arrived but after speaking with the hotel manager this was very quickly resolved whilst we enjoyed a complimentary drink and took ourselves on a quick tour of the stunning Rudloe Arms and grounds. The main building and its decor is fantastic and worth a trip just to see it. Later that evening, we had a dinner reservation where we were greeted warmly by a really attentive restaurant crew. "Beautiful and very spacious apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. King bed and bunk beds in separate bedrooms. Bathroom has bath and separate shower. Everything was spotlessly clean. We had a lovely time and would come back. It’s convenient for the Cotswolds, Bath, Bristol and lovely countryside and villages nearby, and not far from the M4 - though it’s in a quiet little village. The pub itself is lovely too. "
