Hotel berdekatan Charlotte Premium Outlets

"The staff was professional and kind the room was spacious and pet friendly everything was clean very clean also the amenities where plentiful not stingy with extra everyday needs such as tissue , paper towels and etc. the food was great nothing to complain about this will be my go to every time I go to charlotte"

"Breakfast was very nice and had a variety of choices. Make sure to get there early! Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"The room has a distinctive unpleasant smell. Likely pet odor. Hotel has no other available rooms so we cancelled. Need Expedia support to ensure no charge."

"Clean and well kept"

"The fridge was ok not the best and it was odd that there was no microwave? The room also smelled weird. It was fine other then those things"

"Customer service was great. The rooms/bathrooms were the cleanest in most hotels I have stayed in. I would definitely stay again."

"Great location, spacious, pull out queen was resanably comfortable."

"Quality attention to detail, ease with checking in and out. Relaxing atmosphere. Overall best stay ive ever had."

"The room was clean and comfortable, and the beds offered great sleep, too. The staff was nice and helpful. Location and parking were both convenient. The outdoor swimming pool was centrally located and big enough for folks to enjoy. The breakfast was nice, although it wasn't included with the room rate."

"The room was very spacious for sleeping up to 6, a great desk area and we loved the separate toilet and shower. Overall very convenient if you’re planning a trip to carowinds PLUS don’t forget to ask about a parking pass so you don’t have to pay for a parking spot at carowinds. Very clean and the staff was professional and helpful! Only thing I wasn’t impressed with was breakfast, while there were a good amount of options a lot of the hot food was overcooked or too sweet, I wish there were more...

"Great staff! Great breakfast. Very clean and nice. They also have a score of 100!!"
