"The staff were very friendly! The location is perfect to walk around the city for sure. We thought the bed would be uncomfortable when we felt the mattress but it was surprisingly very comfortable. The only complaint we have is the parking and the burning smell outside. Either from the fireplace on the ground floor or the coffee house next door. We had to park in a car park that was a long walk with a lot of luggage. Which wasn’t fun at all. But overall, it was a great hotel and would definitely...

"I stayed here for 6 nights. This property has many attractive features. It is a 1 min walk from the Picardy tram stop for the airport tram. It is a short 10 min walk to waverly train station. Also close walk to old town and the royal mile. Good proximity to restaurants and attractions. We walked to Leith but the tram goes right there. I walked everywhere. "one of the best hotel room, i have ever stayed. the lobby is nice, the room is huge and even nicer. they refill the water, but towards the end of our stay, they no longer refill the snack. otherwise the room is nice as per picture, bonus it is just 3 mins walk from the train station, so if your journey is late at night, this hotel is just close by to the train station and royal mile."
