"It is basically what you pay for. Not updated, but clean and "basic". We felt safe. Staff were all friendly and breakfast was standard but enough of what we liked. We had an issue with the t.v. not working and the door sticking, but weren't there long enough to put in the effort to get it resolved. Very convenient to Cedar Point."

"We had a wonderful time on the island. We would’ve liked to know that the pools weren’t filled with water and the jacuzzi was not hot. Also the property was under construction and we weren’t made aware. We also were locked out of the property the first night we arrived and had to call the night person who showed up promptly but it was early in the night 9pm. Rooms were clean and the rest of the stay was nice."

"The hotel's selling feature is that is it within the Cedar Point amusement park. This is true, but finding or being directed to the road that takes you to the hotel was somewhat challenging to find. All groups within our party had an issue with this and the signage that does exist is after you are past the tollbooths to the parking lot. Our hotel room was clean and comfortable. "Room had a musty spell, had to call three times to ask for fresh towels. Pool was very dirty and not heated, hot tub filled with little kids, bird droppings all over everything."

"Despite completing documents online, the check in process took a few minutes. Other than that, the staff was great as usual, and everything was smooth and easy! Room was clean and everything was in order."

"The room was clean. So all in all that was a plus. This hotel is very close to cedar point and is relatively reasonably priced. We booked here along with friends to utilize the outdoor pool area after soccer games which is beautiful. The pool was closed for no apparent reason. It looked beautiful and we called the day before just to check and they said yes it's open. So that was a huge let down.they did offer a pass to drive to hotel Breakers to use their pool. There is no breakfast at all....

"Staff was friendly and the morning breakfast was good but shower head was nearly half a foot short than me (5'11), shower shelves not level as my shampoo bottle fell off onto my foot 4 times, the drink machines only accepted cash and 1 dollar bills with at least 1 not even working at all. But the tipping point was the fact that I noticed that after getting out of the shower and walking around in my room barefoot, the bottom of my feet started turning black from how dirty the carpet was."
